We made it home today after a week at the seashore in New Jersey.... Lots of photos to come...

Staying up late

Kevin decides to take a nap about every 3 three days, he doesn't nap everyday anymore. I still send him to his room for "resting time", but I think he's on to me and I am not sure how much longer I can get him to go up there.

Yesterday he surprised me and took a solid 2+ hour nap! Awesome! Well, he definitely was not tired at 8:00 so he stayed up and played WiiFit with me & Nate. This photo of Nate & Kevin flapping their arms like a bird cracks me up!

We were looking very girlie last Sunday.
(Yes, I made her keep the hat on while at Church. I know that soon enough she'll be at the age to tear it off).
Katie news: she found her toes this week and keeps her self busy rocking back & forth holding her hands to her toes. So cute!

Reunited...

.... with his baby toys. I pulled the baby toys from the basement today. Kevin was thrilled to show Katie all of his favorites.

Yeah for Katie!!! She has slept through the night for the past week, I feel great!

Our latest happenings...

We were all dressed up with somewhere to go this morning. I took some photos before we went to church today.





Kevin update: Friday was his last day at Kindercare. All the teachers and friends made a big fuss over Kevin and he shared m&m's for snacktime. Kevin has gone to this daycare since we moved here. It's been great to watch all the kids go from toddling babies to 3 year old pre-schoolers. Everyone told me how much they will miss Kevin and said I can bring him back to the playground to visit his friends in the afternoons. Kevin will start at our church preschool this September. To keep him busy for the month of August, he's attending a morning camp at the Y a few days per week. The camp is a Toy Story 3 theme and Kevin loves to run around our house yelling "to infinity & beyond" so I am sure he'll have fun at camp.

Katie update: She continues to surprise us by sleeping through the night everyone once in a while. She has started cooing and laughing. It's wonderful! I am going to try to get her 3 month photos taken this week... get ready for some cuteness!
